Who We Are
Eric Rogers, Founder & Managing Attorney
As a former small business owner, Eric understands the value of responsive, personalized service and strives to provide that same level of care to his clients. He earned his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he built a strong foundation in legal writing and analysis. During law school, he interned with the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office in Saint Paul, MN, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota, where he worked with seasoned prosecutors on state and federal criminal matters.
After graduating, Eric served as a prosecutor with the Mesa County District Attorney’s Office in Grand Junction, CO, where he handled a wide range of criminal cases and conducted numerous high-stakes hearings and trials, including over a dozen jury trials. His work required careful review of evidence, precise legal analysis, and clear, persuasive advocacy.
Today, as the founder and managing attorney of Rogers Law Collective, Eric brings that same disciplined and detail-oriented approach to helping clients plan ahead, resolve disputes, and navigate difficult life transitions.
